Homemade Mocktails,Lassi's and Juices

On Friday I was taking in all the summery goodness and it was getting me ultra excited for my holidays.
I was lay on a sun lounger and the sky was a cloudless blue. I had a cool and refreshing homemade (non-alcoholic) mojito and I was  soaking in all the Vitamin D I could.

So since Friday I was inspired to go and get some bits and make a few refreshing summer drinks. Unfortunately, the weather today is back to its typical sort, rainy, dreary and miserable. But these drinks that I made are anything but, they're funky, tasty and a great party idea regardless of whether or not you use alcohol.

Fancy having a go at making some of these drinks yourself? It's so simple and easy, even someone like me who is a disaster in the kitchen can spruce them up without making too much of a mess.
